Delete Account
Request permanent deletion of your Varganibook mandal account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your mandal profile and settings
- All Vargani entries and receipts
- All donor and collector records
- All festival, expense and event data
- All user accounts associated with your mandal
Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot log in to your account, or want to request deletion of your mandal and all its data, send us an email with your registered mandal name and mobile number.
Send your request to:
Include the following in your email:
- Registered Mandal Name
- Registered Mobile Number or Email
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once the data has been deleted.

All data deleted
Within 30 days of request
Confirmation sent
Email confirmation provided
Cannot be undone
